Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end close calculations, schedules and financial statements for Kroll Issuer Service and Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (KIS and KATS).
  • Manage preparation of monthly reporting package for KIS and KATS.
  • Collaborate with service line and divisional leadership to set financial targets and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives and monitor progress through regular P&L reviews.
  • Drive service line strategic decision making with a data- and insight-driven approach.
  • Prepare annual budget for KIS and KATS and quarterly reforecasts with informative budget-to-actual analyses.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Kroll Finance and across KBS division to ensure operational success and timely, accurate reporting.
  • Prepare documentation and assist with external audit requests.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Advanced and strong knowledge of English.
  • Excellent reviewing skills, on hard copy or digital.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus.
  • Non-English foreign language capabilities a plus.
