As a Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to our sales team, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales-related documentation.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling queries efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze customer data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Providing support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Warranty Services Management, including overseeing the issuance, tracking, and management of product warranties, developing and implementing policies for warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing escalated warranty-related issues effectively.
- Customer After-Sales Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality after-sales support, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance services, monitoring service timelines, and ensuring all customer requests and complaints are addressed promptly.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the sales industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management strategies.
