We are seeking a driven and experienced Data and Financial Analyst to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models for investment sales, financings, joint ventures, and note sales.
  2. Prepare high-quality marketing materials, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze financial and market data to support transaction strategies.
  4. Support due diligence processes by gathering, verifying, and analyzing financial and property information.
  5. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  6. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations.
  7. Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
  8. Utilize advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools to develop models and presentations.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third parties throughout transaction processes.
  10. Contribute to business development efforts through research, financial analysis, and proposal preparation.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or real estate.
  2. 0-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a firm engaged in commercial real estate brokerage, lending, investing, consulting, appraisal, or business development.
  3. Strong writing and critical thinking skills are a must.
  4. Software competency: advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required; must be effective at creating dynamic models using advanced Excel features and generating client-ready presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  5. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  6. Commitment to maintaining attention to detail while working with a deadline.
  7. Able to handle multiple projects at one time.
  8. Excellent written and analytic communication skills.
  9. Outstanding planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to construct and analyze complex financial models.
  11. Function in a team-oriented setting while working independently.
