Civil Construction Supervisor

Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage civil and non-process works on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise soil investigations, Deep Soil Mixing (DSM), and underground network installation.

  • Oversee the work of civil partners and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality and project standards.

  • Coordinate handovers from Civil to E&M, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.

  • Attend coordination meetings, protect project interests, and review civil work documentation.

  • Track project progress, including productivity, manpower, and construction metrics.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions.

  • Supervise non-process works (e.g., earthing systems, HVAC, fire fighting, CCTV, etc.).

  • Prepare reports including weekly updates, civil handover inspections, punch lists, and documentation for DSM.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering or any related course; a licensed engineer will be a definite advantage

  • With at least 5 years of solid experience in civil supervision, including soil improvement and piling.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.

  • Ability to adapt to multicultural work environments.

  • High standards of integrity, motivation, and commitment to project goals.

  • Willing to be hired as a project employee initially assigned to the Mandaluyong project site of the company
