- Follow assigned working hours and ensure clinical sessions are conducted on time.
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with school policies, clinical regulations, and ethical standards.
- Build respectful, professional, and trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, faculty, clinical staff, and administrators.
- Collaborate effectively with faculty and clinical teams to achieve program goals.
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and responsibility in teaching and clinical duties.
- Address and resolve clinical, instructional, and student-related concerns appropriately.
- Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and training.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Valid professional license
- Minimum of two years or above academic experience
- Strong clinical expertise, decision‑making, teaching, coaching, and assessment skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and clinical documentation, competence in evaluating clinical performance and providing structured feedback, experience in simulation‑based education
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical teams.
