About your new Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator, who will play a key role in delivering the marketing and communications plans across the business, including brand campaigns, internal campaigns, and campaigns for individual service sectors. You will be responsible for delivering digital communication projects and marketing technology (martech) implementation. You will support a high performing team of marketing professionals to deliver annual marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include social media campaigns with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (amongst other channels), email marketing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp, researching and implementing martech solutions, upholding quality assurance, and reporting analytics.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns and solutions aligned with Better Rehab's goals and objectives.

Content Coordination & Publishing

  • Prepare content for publishing on various digital platforms, including social media, website pages, email newsletters, and blogs.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Better Bulletin, and/or Mailchimp to promote Better Rehab's services, events, and initiatives.
  • Monitor email metrics and implement strategies for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop new and maintain existing email automation systems.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee content publishing on social media channels, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise performance.

Martech Systems

  • Manage and optimise the current martech stack.
  • Research and implement new tools to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
  • Leverage AI to improve efficiencies.

Website Optimisation

  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimise Better Rehab's website for better user experience, SEO, and lead generation.

Competitive Analysis

  • Provide benchmarking against competitors, monitoring competitors' digital strategies.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilise digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Your qualifications include:

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
  • Proven experience in digital and email marketing, preferably with email marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Litmus, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
  • Proficiency in managing martech stacks and implementing new tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Continuous Learner with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
