Responsible in preparing Architectural requirements and related drawings for certain projects
Regularly coordinates with Station Conversion, Civil-Signage Rehab / Repair Works, and Major Construction for the latest FV standards and designed specifically with schedule of finishes and signage standards.
Recommends alternative designs and finishes that applicable only to some focal FV Stations;
Attends to the request of Sales & Marketing Team and other concerned departments regarding needed drawings for the position as needed;
Handles drawing and document requirements for various governmental compliances (ECC, DP, PTO, COC, etc.);
Performs other duties that are assigned form time to time
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Architecture/ Licensed Architect
Required skills: Drafting, CAD Application, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Vray / Lumion or any other architectural visualization software
At least one-to-two-year work experience in the related field is required
