What does a day in the life of a Community Specialist look like?

  • Manage the Community Case queue to handle community related concerns.

  • Manage the Community Inbox and help customers with their community and general CS concerns.

  • Provide general account maintenance support to customers.

  • Serve as an internal advocate for customers through case or community inbox.

  • Provide basic resources to customers looking to expand their Conga knowledge.

  • Work across departments to resolve blockers for customers (Renewals, Provisioning, Accounting, Professional Services, Security, Technical Support, Legal, etc.).

  • Flexible and able to work individually or as a group on special project(s) that aim to provide excellent customer service and experience.

  • Possesses a "can do" attitude and helps initiate, develop, and implement process improvements.

  • May perform additional responsibilities analogous to this role, skill, and capability to provide further support to the CS/Community Team.

What are the required qualifications of a Community Specialist?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in the Customer Service space.

  • Experience with support tools and phone systems.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proven customer service skills.

  • Strong critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects.

  • Ability to work independently and in group settings.

  • Ability to train/teach peers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization including Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Product Management.

  • Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately.

  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and advanced organizational skills.

  • Ability to effectively work with tight schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
