Job Description

  • Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement.
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
  • Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance.
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
  • Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment.
  • Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.
