Administer and monitor servers, networks, cloud systems, storage, and related infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and storage allocations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, access, and infrastructure concerns.
Support system configuration, patching, updates, backups, recovery, and restoration activities.
Monitor system performance, security logs, alerts, vulnerabilities, and unusual activities.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Maintain updated system documentation, access logs, configuration records, and infrastructure inventory.
Support infrastructure upgrades, cloud activities, system improvements, and IT projects.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, confidentiality, and access control requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, server support, network support, or a related role.
Knowledge of server administration, networking, operating systems, access management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Relevant IT certifications are an advantage but not required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and capable of handling confidential system and company information.
