Overview

Delivery Lead - Recruitment at Net2Source Inc. | Location: WP. Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: MYR4,000.00-MYR7,000.00

Responsibilities
  • Translate user stories into technical implementations and deliver high-quality, shippable product artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Engage in cross-team communication for dependency management and design discussions.
  • Operate within decentralized Scrum teams across regions (EU, Asia, US).
  • Enforce coding standards, security compliance, and governance within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Define and document technical requirements and runbooks.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents raised by consumers.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and contribute to security policy reviews.
  • Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Monitor security dashboards and alerts for potential threats.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Platform.
  • Technical Skills (minimum 3 years): Java with Spring Boot framework and strong OOP concepts; Multithreading and asynchronous programming (e.g., concurrency, WebFlux); Docker and containerization; Spring MVC.
  • Preferred work environment experience: collaboration across multiple Scrum teams, matrix reporting structure, multinational company familiarity, Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Passion & Mindset: eagerness to acquire new knowledge; commitment to continuous improvement in development, security, and operations; proactive in sharing technical expertise.
  • Soft Skills: strong English communication; ability to work with technical and business teams; team player; listening skills and empathy; ability to constructively address conflicts.
  • Advantageous Skills: IaC tools like Terraform; Front-End exposure with Angular and SPA testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma).
