JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse facility as well as to manage the timekeeping responsibilities for the field workers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. At least graduate of 2-year Courses/Vocational courses or undergraduate in engineering/business courses.
2. At least one (1) year experience in experience in construction field.
3. With strong organizational skills.
4. With high sense of being responsible and trustworthiness.
5. Can work with less supervision and must have average knowledge in warehousing/construction materials.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
1. Warehouse Management
· Receive incoming shipments, verify materials and ensure accurate documentation.
· Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and efficient retrieval.
· Prepare outgoing shipments including picking, packing, and labeling items according to company standards.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed.
· Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
· Implement best practices for inventory management, timekeeping, and workflow optimization.
2. Timekeeping and Collaboration
· Orientation of workers for the project rules and regulation.
· Monitoring of the number of hours of labor for construction projects.
· Approve an employees' daily time record at the end of each day.
· Submission of overtime for Approval of the immediate supervisor.
· Maintain employee records related to attendance, overtime and leave request.
· Always collaborate with master payroll.
· Coordinate with other staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
· Seek feedback from team members to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
· Address any issues or concerns raised on site to immediate head and/or to main office regarding workload, scheduling, or equipment maintenance.
3. Other Duties
· To provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the company.
