POSITION: Commis de Cuisine
LOCATION: Al Dente Moderna – BGC, Taguig
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
START DATE: Q3 2025
SALARY RANGE: ₱18,000 – ₱22,000 + Monthly Service Charge

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Commis de Cuisine to support our kitchen team. You will assist in prep, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness across your station. This is a great opportunity to grow in a structured environment with high culinary standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in daily mise en place and prep work

  • Support the Chef de Partie during service

  • Maintain cleanliness, proper food storage, and labeling

  • Follow kitchen standards, recipe specs, and portion control

  • Learn and grow with feedback and hands-on training

  • Follow safety and hygiene rules at all times

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a culinary school or at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen

  • Basic knowledge of Italian or European cooking techniques

  • Good attitude, clean habits, and team-first mindset

  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen

  • Basic English communication

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
