Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bolbok, Lipa, Batangas. This key role will manage talent acquisition, operational logistics, and client relations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our educational services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Execute the full recruitment cycle for tutoring professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding procedures for new tutors.
- Draft and manage tutor contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
Operational Management:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate tutor and student schedules using Google Calendar.
Client and Tutor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client (parent) inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional responses.
- Facilitate effective communication between tutors and clients, resolving any issues that arise with thoughtful and efficient problem-solving.
- Conduct initial student assessments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents and tutors.
Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a clear and effective communicator and leader.
- Address and resolve conflicts and discrepancies that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR or operational roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Calendar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
