We are Southeast Asia's leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower). The role

Love, Bonito is looking for a talented and passionate Content Writer & Copywriter to bring our brand voice to life across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in upholding and driving the tone of voice (TOV) of Love, Bonito (LB) and Ready-to-Live (RTL) while crafting compelling, on-brand copy for e-commerce, social media, marketing campaigns, and more.

Main Responsibilities

E-commerce & Product Copywriting

1. Write descriptive product names that not only capture the essence of our designs but also align with our brand identity and storytelling approach.
2. Craft compelling product descriptions that highlight key benefits, materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points, ensuring they resonate with our audience while also being informative and persuasive.
3. Develop product education copy that simplifies complex details, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions by understanding the functionality, care instructions, and styling possibilities of each product.
4. Use storytelling techniques to bring our designs to life, weaving narratives that connect with our customers emotionally, whether through inspiration, heritage, or lifestyle aspirations.

Marketing & Campaign Copywriting

1. Work with marketing and creative teams to develop persuasive and brand-aligned copy for marketing campaigns, including promotions, collection launches, and special collaborations, ensuring a cohesive message across all platforms.
2. Support in crafting compelling email marketing (eDM) content that captivates readers, drives engagement, and encourages action.
3. Collaborate with designers and marketers to create landing pages with copy that enhances user experience, effectively communicates product value, and encourages higher engagement.

Social Media Copywriting

1. Work with the social team to craft engaging and on-brand captions for organic and paid social media content, ensuring they are aligned with current platform trends, audience interests, and our overall brand voice.

SEO Support

1. Optimise copy across e-commerce, social media, and marketing channels by implementing SEO best practices, ensuring higher search rankings, improved visibility, and increased organic traffic.
2. Stay updated on evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure content remains competitive and aligned with the latest industry standards.

BAU & Time Management

1. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
2. Work closely with designers, marketers, and the broader creative team to bring ideas to life.
3. Take ownership of content deliverables in a structured and efficient manner.

Qualifications & Experience

1. 2-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce, social media, and SEO best practices.
3. Excellent command of English with a knack for storytelling and persuasive writing.
4. Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
