Job Description

Responsible for managing various platforms which include social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), e-commerce marketing and website.

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Strong Excel and data management skills required.

Helps in identifying trends, insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Job Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Commerce or equivalent.
  2. 1 to 2 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  3. Required Skills: Communication skills, social media marketing, project management, project simulation and analysis, and adept in Microsoft office word, excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Knowledge of standard graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.

  3. The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.
  4. A background of working as part of the online/digital team.
  5. The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
  6. Consistency regardless of project size.
  7. Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team.
  8. The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
  9. The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
