Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapist
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in Pilates instruction, class programming, and client progress monitoring preferred, but candidates without Pilates experience must be willing to be trained
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and adaptive equipment

Conduct physical evaluations and design individualized rehabilitation and Pilates programs
Teach Pilates exercises on mat and equipment, focusing on proper alignment and injury prevention
Apply physical therapy modalities (heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, muscle release, traction)
Monitor and update patient progress; provide home exercise programs
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate clients on posture, breathing, and exercises
Lead fitness classes (private/group, online/on-site)
Maintain equipment, manage scheduling, and assist with social media marketing and receptionist duties as needed
Ensure patient privacy and safety within the facility
