As a Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce), you will bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will focus on requirement gathering, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and solution documentation for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption across the organisation.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout project delivery.
Process Improvement & Solution Design
- Analyse current business processes and recommend Salesforce‑based improvements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and development teams to design effective solutions.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements.
Testing & Change Management
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Facilitate change management and user adoption activities.

Experience
- You have 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- You have experience working on Salesforce projects.
- You have strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- You have experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Technical Expertise
- You have strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- You have the ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
Ways of Working
- You collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.
- You communicate clearly and document thoroughly.
- You focus on driving process improvements and solution adoption.
- You balance delivery timelines with quality and stakeholder expectations.
