Proven experience in successfully managing marketing and support projects from initiation to completion.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with marketing, support, and other teams to achieve shared objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project requirements and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Understanding of customer support dynamics and a commitment to delivering projects that enhance customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate dynamic project environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Extensive experience in project management, marketing and support, or a similar role.
Strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills and knows customer-centric approach to meet customer satisfaction.
