What you'll do

  1. Review and interpret software contracts terms and conditions and be able to confirm validity and accuracy according to internal policies in place and securing SOX compliance.
  2. On time process of customer sales orders into SAP systems.
  3. Ensure license entitlement is correctly entered into SAP systems to allow customers to receive correct software, access and license keys.
  4. Generate invoices and/or credit notes on order completion.
  5. Archiving and maintaining all contractual documentation.
  6. Support AR and Sales teams on invoice discrepancies, customer records, billing research and general queries.
  7. Provide post-sales support.
  8. Answering internal and external queries within Service Level Agreement.
  9. Ensure month/ quarter end close activities are executed on a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Drive efficiency and process improvements. Support on projects, reporting, monitoring and adhoc tasks.

What you bring

  1. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. 1 to 2 years of work experience. Experience in finance roles is a plus.
  3. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Keen attention to detail, a high level of organization, and strong follow-up skills.
  5. Adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with minimum supervision.
  6. Strong team player attributes and work ethics.
  7. Excellent in stakeholder management.
  8. Highly skilled in team collaboration and able to work effectively with team members across different regions.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  10. Familiarity with SAP tools is a plus.

The O2I CSS Global Services team is a newly established division within the O2I CSS Organization, focused on centralizing specific business operating models and processes such as Business One, Test Demo and Development, Active Renewals, OEM, and SAP Store and Distribution. Our team manages the end-to-end process from booking to invoicing for partners and customers, working closely with the Global Services Director, 1 Finance Manager, 2 Regional Leads, 1 Functional Lead, and 3 Process Coordinators.

Our team currently consists of 38 colleagues located in three different regions (Manila, Prague, Buenos Aires), all working together in a collaborative, supportive, and knowledge-sharing environment. Our objective is to provide best-in-class service and continuously improve upon it, making your role essential to our success.
