Quality Checker

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with the immediate head for any deliveries made by the producers regarding qualities, quantities, and other concerns for the information of the producers.

• Receives, inspects, and records the items and quantity of the items based on the delivery receipt from the producers.

• Receives and inspects orders (volume and samples) as per specifications given in the purchase order issued by the marketing officers.

• Proper conducting of product quality checking and accomplishment of quality check before these are transferred to inventory or packing. Takes the lead in looking for the appropriate corrective and remedial measures in ensuring the quality of products.

• Responsible for giving the detailed information to the immediate head regarding rejected items received. Relay information also to the marketing team to be disseminated to the producers.

• Preparation of goods or items scheduled for shipment (Local and export shipment)

• Monitoring PO's Status Report.

• Responsible for packing each item following the specific packing instruction per order.

• Inventory of materials need for shipment (inner box, outer box, flat sheet, newsprint, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of any field with relevant experience.

• SHS graduate are welcome to apply (preferably with experience on the same capacity)

• Must have a year of experience handling export shipments.

• Must be very keen on detail.

• Know how to handle communications professionally and diligently.

• Amenable to working on-site at Sta. Ana, Manila.

• Can start ASAP.
