Summary of the Role

We invite candidates with a range of financial expertise to join our team in the Treasury department.

In this role you'll be involved in:

Bank Management
  • Provide data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activities as needed.
  • Bank account reconciliation (for Treasury-related entries) and bank statement reporting.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for bank general ledger upload, journal entry differences, and general troubleshooting.
Incoming & Outgoing Payments
  • Payment submission (direct debit, cheque payments, special payments, etc.) following regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out the manual posting for treasury-related operations and oversee the automatic postings.
  • Review and validate master data for vendors and travel agencies for accurate payments.
  • Review monthly interest expense and accruals.
Reporting & Document Management
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports, cashflow, forecast, and assist in monthly and year-end closing.
  • Provide support to internal and external auditor requests.
  • Prepare necessary reports or materials for decision-making.
  • Archive and maintain custody of all documentation generated in daily operations as required.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and Group policy.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in SAP is beneficial (S4 Hana preferred).
  • Knowledge of bank management applications or treasury management systems is beneficial. Experience with banking online portal.
  • Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Basic knowledge of company and travel industry is beneficial.
  • Experience in Shared Services is preferable.
  • Communication skills for issue resolution.
