About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in our Cebu office. This full-time, onsite role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare and retail clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies.
- Use your strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and drive process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- No prior BPO experience required – we welcome fresh graduates and career shifters
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate different systems.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
