- Accountable for program management functions.

- Guides based on policies, resource requirements, budgets, and business plans.
- Builds team engagement to meet service and operational challenges.
- Provides recommendations for OT, operational expenses, and rollup data.
- Resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems.
- May take part in solving problems across a matrix.
- Guides and influences internal and external customers, or agencies.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to implement human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
- Ensure key HR initiatives and HR processes are deployed effectively by providing support and strategic inputs.
- Anticipates and plans for human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
- Drives performance management within client group(s).
- Works with Business leaders to establish and drive employee engagement actions.
- Offers objective and balanced advice to leaders on business challenges and people implications, leadership effectiveness, culture, and alignment.
- Resolves questions or concerns, working to establish credibility and trust with leadership and navigating challenging situations.
- Coordinates HR actions, tracks changes in the organization, and supports communications/change management activities.
- Supports deployment and delivery to ensure employee actions are processed on time.
- Identifies opportunities for greater efficiencies.
- Designs and implements process improvements.
- Proven business analysis and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to present data and create storylines in the context of business priorities through tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies, procedures, and standards.
