We're not looking for textbook marketers. We're looking for thinkers, doers, and digital strategists who know how to build, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive real business outcomes.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in:

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

You should be confident managing audits, campaigns, and reporting across multiple clients, and know how to tie performance back to business goals

Responsibilities
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement technical, content, and on-page optimisations
  • Create landing pages for SEM Campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
  • Build reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4
What You Should Have
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
  • Able to work without being handheld. We are not micro managers
  • Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or local SEO projects
