About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team at our Quezon City office located in Vertis North. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via telephone. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.
What you'll be doing
Answering incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Listening to customer inquiries, concerns or issues and providing timely and accurate solutions.
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards.
What we're looking for
At least HS/SHS Graduates with 6 months CC/BPO experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs.
Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing outstanding service.
Amenable to work onsite / shifting schedule.
