BASIC FUNCTION:

New Business Development is looking for a Designer to create beautiful client presentations and design campaigns. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast paced deadline-driven environment, have a strong visual eye and impeccable design detail, and excellent creative skills.

This Designer will work with the Design & Creative Manager to design and produce digital and production materials and work with our New Business Development team to bring those designs to reality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and produce presentations and assets for new client pitches and corporate marketing collateral.
  • Ideate and develop the design aesthetic for high-value sales presentations.
  • Manage content, build presentations, and support marketing concept development.
  • Develop creative design solutions from concept to final execution.
  • Apply brand guidelines, typography, photography, and color, while introducing fresh ideas to meet business and user needs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients and vendors to ensure exceptional service quality.
  • Support team initiatives and handle additional projects to assist the NBD team as needed.

Experience Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced department.
  • At least 1+ year working with sales executives.
  • Proven expertise in graphic and print design, product rendering, content management, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Demonstrated success in a multi-tasking, cross-functional team environment with dynamic priorities and fast response times.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, with acute attention to detail.
