Zarla is an AI-driven startup on a mission to help mobile car detailers get online and grow. We aim to be the ultimate all-in-one online platform for mobile car detailers. We help them create a website, add online booking, and establish their Google Business Profile so clients can easily find them.

This is a hybrid position across customer support and inbound sales. It is also a night shift role and it is a requirement that you are already working night shift in your current position. We want to be sure there is no issue with adjusting to working US business hours. The Role: As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for newly signed car detailing businesses at Zarla. You'll manage website-building projects and booking platform implementation for clients, collaborating with our team of creatives, strategists, and tech specialists.

You will:
  1. Coordinate multiple website-building and booking platform implementation projects for car detailing clients.
  2. Conduct intake calls to understand branding, marketing goals, and unique value propositions.
  3. Make outbound calls to clients who have expressed interest in our platform.
  4. Maintain detailed project documentation in internal systems (notes, status reports, feedback, and approvals).
  5. Collaborate with teams across departments (SEO, Design, Development).
  6. Review websites and account setups independently and with clients before launching.
  7. Ensure smooth transitions by scheduling go-lives and introducing clients to Account Managers.
  8. Provide feedback to improve our onboarding process and product offerings.
What We Really Need From You:
  1. Currently working night shift.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing products, local SEO, and online booking systems.
  3. Ability to build and nurture collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  5. Excellent English proficiency for both written and spoken client-facing communication.
  6. Tech-savvy approach with ability to learn and teach online tools (including website builders, booking software, and Google Business Profile).
