Mighty Clean - Brand Associate (Ecommerce)

Mighty Clean is a leading homecare brand available in all Puregold branches nationwide and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Some of Mighty Clean's homecare products include Powder Detergent, Dishwashing Liquid, Fabric Softener, Alcohol, Hand Soap, Toilet Bowl Cleaners, Bleach, Disinfectants, and more.

Job Description

  • Assists in managing e-commerce online stores by updating product listings and creating deals.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and presents weekly reports on e-commerce, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develops and implements organizational systems to enhance team productivity, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborates with the Brand Manager in handling all Mighty stores on e-commerce platforms.
  • Attends the office four days a week to coordinate with the team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment of priorities.
  • Works remotely one day a week, managing tasks and staying connected through online meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4-6 months of experience in E-commerce, or any related field; internships or relevant coursework may be considered.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Accountability: Responsible and dependable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and align tasks with broader brand and business goals.
  • Efficiency: Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce systems; familiarity with tools like Shopify, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces opportunities to learn and grow.
