Job Responsibilities:
· Performs proper and good office housekeeping procedures;
· Ensures cleanliness of the office and the surrounding areas which includes floors, windows, doors, filling cabinets, working stations, chairs, pantry facilities, bathrooms and toilet facilities and other office properties;
· Performs basic household maintenance and repairs such as furniture repairs, lightning, basic carpentry repairs;
· Performs general cleaning and disinfection as scheduled;
· Serves the employees and visitors during official business meetings, events, programs and regular meal schedules;
· To act as internal and external liaison personnel as assigned by the head/coordinator.
· Runs general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or delivery packages or documents;
· Performs collection activities in coordination with Finance and other departments Ensures proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation;
· Purchases office supplies and groceries as listed by the immediate superior
Job Qualifications:
At least high school graduate or graduate or with certification of any skills related to housekeeping
With previous experience in housekeeping and messengerial tasks
With basic knowledge in handling cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment
With clear communication skills and good interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
· Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
