  1. Oversee Fleet OPEX (R&M/Fuel), KPI performance tracking, fleet card management, and GPS-Cartrack drivers behavior.
  2. Prepare weekly/daily reports and analyze the violations per Sales Office, informing the MTM to improve and meet the action plan while checking the history to avoid violations.
  3. Facilitate vehicle repair system transactions.
  4. Monitor fleet card consumption and regularly submit reports to all Logistics Supervisors for validation and confirmation of consumption.
  5. Handle fleet card transactions including new card issuance, fuel adjustments, and card replacements.
