Position: Cafe Lead (Store Manager)
Location: Solaire Resort and Casino
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the cafe team
Oversee daily store operations and service standards
Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses
Prepare and analyze operational reports
Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
Drive sales and achieve store targets
Lead by example and uphold CBTL’s FROTH values: Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries
With experience in people/team management
Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
