Job Description

As a Software Testing Analyst, you will ensure the seamless operation of end-to-end environments by validating online transactions and integrating CRM, Provisioning, and Billing platforms. Your expertise in testing methodologies, defect tracking, and system interactions will be critical in maintaining software quality, ensuring smooth functionality, and enhancing overall platform performance.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case design, and execution.
  • Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and integrations across platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, order processing, and billing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot bugs and provide detailed output for developers and business analysts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, Postman, or Cypress) is a bonus.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Design, document, and execute test cases to validate end-to-end system functionality.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, order flows, and system interactions.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Validate data flow from online transactions through CRM, Provisioning, and Billing platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Contribute to test planning, automation strategies, and continuous process improvements.

  • Comply with all reasonable instructions to ensure adherence to WHS legislation, including codes of practice and standards.
  • Documented safe systems of work.
  • Training provided by internal personnel or external training organizations.
  • Cooperate with management in implementing workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report workplace incidents to a line manager immediately and assist in investigations when required.
