Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive content.
  • Incorporate feedback and evaluation results to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on training outcomes and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Tourism Management, Marketing, or a Business-related course.
  • With or without experience.
  • Willing to train and flexible.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Confident in public speaking.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
