Management Trainees will support sales, marketing, and plant operations by improving efficiency, productivity, and process documentation under respective department heads.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Familiarize with systems and processes related to sales, marketing, and plant operations.
- Identify efficiency and productivity issues in sales, marketing, and plant operations and initiate resolution steps with agreed timelines.
- Ensure documentation of all sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and procedures for process tracking.
- Establish measurable and controllable improvement programs relevant to sales, marketing, and plant operations for planning and monitoring.
- Utilize and measure sales programs for activations, monitoring, controlling, and measurement.
- Utilize and measure marketing programs for promotional campaigns and new product launches, including monitoring and control.
- Utilize and measure plant operations programs covering workforce, production line, machine capacity, downtime, rejection rate, material usage, production yield, cost sheets, and safety.
- Develop communication, coordination, and collaboration skills to ensure attainment of monthly sales, marketing, and plant operation plans and programs.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and plant operations plans and programs.
- Institutionalize methods and systems to support coaching of sales, marketing, and plant operations teams to continuously achieve objectives.
About You

- Male or Female bachelor’s degree graduate in any relevant field.
- Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and team management skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
