The Role: Scheduler (QA Experience Required)

Imagine being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes in a fast-moving home care setting. You'll coordinate caregiver schedules, handle last‑minute changes, and keep both caregivers and clients informed and confident. You'll work with a U.S.-based home care client and their operations team to maintain smooth staffing and timely communication. When things are calm, you'll help with admin tasks or light recruitment work to keep things moving.

Every shift you coordinate ensures a loved one receives the care they deserve.

What Your Days Might Look Like
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond quickly when a shift is canceled or a caregiver doesn't clock in
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided)
  • Work with the operations team to flag issues and keep staffing smooth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed
