Job Roles and Responsibilities:


• Search ring map creation


• CLP / Advanced CLP Creation for NSB and SRW


• Joint Technical Site Survey


• Review and approval of TSSR/CD


• RF Parameter Issuance for new site such as BCF Name, BTS ID etc.


• Database Updating/Tracker updating for NSB/EWO/OWO etc


• Engineering Reports such as Coverage Assessment / Major Thoroughfare Assessment etc


• Coverage Heatmap/Prediction for Asset Tool/Ookla Cell Analytics


• Advanced Engineering Assessment for expansion sites


• Grouplist Updating for cell level azimuth, antenna type, MDT and EDT


• Site Assessment for complaint/engineering solution


• PLA ID Issuance/Maximo Updating


• Cluster Polygon Tagging/Polygon Creation for Prioritization


• Attend Internal and External meeting

New site nominations and design baseline creation through the use of Google Earth

Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in BS Electronics Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering or similar field


• At least 3 years' experience as an RF engineer in the mobile telecommunications industry


• Knowledgeable in RF Planning and Design with Advanced knowledge of LTE and RF networks, preferably with Telco experience or background


• Preferably with background in Planning Tools such as Google Earth, Map Info, ASSET Planning Tool, Ookla Cell Analytics, Sierra and Atoll


• Ability to travel when required


• Knowledgeable/Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Powerpoint


• Should have interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills


• They should have the ability to work in a team and or work without supervision


• Must have the ability to prioritize workload and has time management skills
