Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Manager in Australia, as our Digital Marketing Growth Specialist, you'll be required to follow SMART marketing objectives, delivering results based marketing campaigns. This performance-driven role lets your creativity and data expertise shine, boosting our brand's presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and lead digital strategies (Facebook, Instagram, EMD, SMS, etc) to grow brand awareness. Reporting results directly to the leadership team in Australia.
  2. Leverage Google Analytics, social insights and SEO reports to refine strategies and boost performance.
  3. Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Manage social media campaigns, track performance, and make data-driven optimizations.
  4. Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest social media best practices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  1. Proven experience in an autonomous, digital focused marketing role.
  2. Ready to work with multiple teams while wearing multiple hats.
  3. Thrives in a fast paced environment.
  4. Deep knowledge with 3yrs+ experience in Meta, EDM and Google advertising etc.
  5. Creative, proactive and deadline driven.
  6. Confident communicator, adept in managing campaigns.

Additional Job Details:

  1. Set-up and Location: Hybrid (Pampanga Site)
  2. Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM AEST | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time
  3. Employment Type: Full-time
