MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic, and energetic individuals to fill the following vacancy:

Radiologic Technologist

Responsible for performing imaging procedures (X-ray, Ultrasound, and Mammography) and encoding the imaging results.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and prepare patients for X-ray, ultrasound, and mammogram exams.
  2. Perform imaging procedures as part of PME packages or upon doctor's request.
  3. Issue approval for imaging requests based on approval guidelines prior to procedures.
  4. Assist doctors during ultrasound procedures.
  5. Prepare images for doctor's reading and encode results accordingly.
  6. Maintain and inspect all imaging equipment regularly.
  7. Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment as scheduled.
  8. Manage and dispose of waste materials properly.
  9. Maintain records of all imaging procedures and prepare daily reports.
  10. Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies.
  11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology and pass the Radiologic Licensure Exam.
  • At least 1 year of experience performing similar tasks.
  • Average communication skills; trained in Ultrasound/2D-Echo.
