The Full Stack Developer works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. The role involves developing applications based on system requirements, implementing software design, testing software components, and providing system maintenance.

  • Research, design, develop, and test new applications based on system requirements.
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
  • Maintain the system by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects.
  • Work with users or internal customers on the execution of projects.
  • Assist in software development with the System Integration Manager, Project Manager, System Analyst, UI/UX Designer, and Graphic Designer.
  • Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.
  • Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
  • Participate in project activities based on assigned project roles.
  • Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
  • Update technical knowledge and skills by attending external training or courses, reading manuals, and testing new applications or software.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed relevant by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
  • Frameworks: ReactJS, JQuery, and Laravel.
  • Functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is required.
  • Experience with responsive development is desired.
  • Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapper) is preferred.
  • Version Control and Code Management experience with Git or TFS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development.
  • Ability to analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them.
  • Experience with various databases such as MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving skills, capable of writing and understanding complex queries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
