About the Role

This role requires a high caliber individual to work within a team who have a clear emphasis on specific sectors, clientele and project values. This subsequently means our tenders are focused on quality, not quantity. The role will see you working closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects up to 40 million in value.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proof-read content provided by technical staff
• Compile and write persuasive non price content tailored to individual submission documents and strategies
• Submit proposals online and/or hardcopy by submission deadlines
• Assist with post-tender clarifications
• Update marketing material to support submission requirements
• Liaise with a variety of team members with varying degrees of input throughout a tender process
• Contribute and support tender process with submission allocations
• Engage in continual improvement of tender processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, 3D design, styling and brand awareness (InDesign / Adobe suite will be highly regarded)
• Exposure to a variety of detailed construction tender functions is advantageous
• Analytical and strong attention to detail
• Advanced administrative skills and formatting across different platforms
• Preparation and presentation of applicable supporting documents and non-technical sections
• Strong communication and written skills
