Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a SAP S4 Hana System Administrator to join our growing IT team in Manila.

Responsibilities
  1. System Configuration: Configure SAP S4 Hana systems to support business processes and requirements.
  2. User Support: Provide functional support to users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training on SAP functionalities.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP functionalities and implement changes.
  4. Data Administration: Set up new projects, administer delegations of approvals, manage access, and handle vendor setups.
  5. User Administration: Provision roles to new employees, rescind access for those who leave, and manage other user administration tasks.
  6. Job Scheduling: Schedule and run SAP background jobs, managing the burden on system resources.
  7. System Performance: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
  8. Best Practices: Implement best practices to drive efficiency and improve system performance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  3. Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver, and other SAP technologies.
  4. Strong knowledge of database management, system security, and network administration.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have
  1. SAP certification in S4 Hana or related modules.
  2. Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
  3. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, and SAP Data Services.
Working Conditions
  1. This position may require occasional travel to support international entities.
  2. The role may involve working outside regular business hours to perform system maintenance and upgrades.
