Job Purpose

  • Responsible for handling and fulfilling all non-escalated Bankard customer service concerns.
  • Drives customer satisfaction and good customer experience; assists customers on all Bankard related inquiries and requests.
  • Processes account maintenance and processing of account or card related requests.
  • Handles internal and vendor customer case endorsement.
  • Manages the customer service queues, mainly the Branch email queue and CS Support mailbox.
  • Handles the Branch support hotline and conducts call outs to endorsed cardholders to address their concerns or when the need to reach out arises.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferably with experience in a frontline customer service role.
  • Financial background is a plus.
  • Ability to interact with customers on an omni-channel platform.
