As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the production operations of Plastic Injection process.
Other responsibilities include:
- Identify mold issues and recommend improvements in mold design
- Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality
- Troubleshoot injection molding issues and develop preventive solutions
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of machines and operators
- Train, mentor, and support Production Engineers
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and its processes.
- Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
- Background in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan.
