About the role

DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Davao. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring financial stability, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate financial records for the company. Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Process transactions for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing;
  • Handles customer billing & collections and payment of vendor invoices. Handles AR/AP aging report,
  • Handles tax preparation and filing and other compliance requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze financial performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align financial goals with project objectives. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably with Professional certification (e.g. CPA , CFA)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance, preferably at least two(2) years experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
