Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Plan and document test methodologies for penetration testing or ethical hacking of network infrastructure, APIs, and application systems, including mobile and thick client applications.
  • Conduct stealthy penetration tests to identify potential security weaknesses without being detected.
  • Collaborate with ITG developers to communicate identified back doors and security weaknesses and provide input on correcting security flaws.
  • Establish red team procedures and conduct red team exercises.
  • Work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team within a scaled agile framework.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate with a college degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerabilities, common attack vectors, and an attacker mindset to think creatively about threats.
  • Certifications such as SANS GPEN, GWAP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
  • Some experience in ethical hacking is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Advanced computer skills, including networking fundamentals, forensics, reverse engineering, web applications, databases, and wireless technologies.
  • Scripting and programming skills.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex security topics clearly.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills; a good team player.
  • Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
