Job Overview
We are actively seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be instrumental in transforming our business operations and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that streamline processes, enhance analytics, and improve user experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that align with business goals.
  3. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to enhance cross-functional capabilities and ensure data consistency.
  4. Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce applications, from initial design and development through deployment, including data migration and system integration.
  5. Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to security standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage updates and changes, handle the change management process, and train users on new features to ensure smooth adoption.
  7. Stay updated on trends in the relevant industries to anticipate technological advancements and align our Salesforce strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration technologies, particularly with ERP systems and platforms like MuleSoft.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
