This position is handling sales, after-sales, and cashiering transactions in the store. This role is a front-liner role interacting with customers and contributing to hitting the store / branch monthly sales targets, customer service and cash management KPIs. They are required to prepare daily collection report and are tasked to ensure that collections are all accounted for and should have the level of accuracy in cash handling to avoid shortages/variances. This position is directly reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager depending on the shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provides excellent customer service to improve business performance.
- Greets, addresses, and thanks customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understands customer requirements to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.
- Routes and directs customer requests to appropriate personnel.
- Contributes ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
- Works with various team members to ensure group sales targets are met.
- Maintains broad knowledge of products and services.
- Participates in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Delivers prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries.
- Maintains and updates customer documentation as needed.
- Processes and tracks customer claims to ensure claims are resolved timely.
- Should demonstrate sales and customer service attributes and should have extensive exposure/experience in sales and customer service.
- Expected to consistently hit individual sales targets (month on month) and contribute significantly to the overall performance of the store.
- Handles all sales and bills payment transactions.
- Start of day / End of Day cash count/change fund and do reconciliation.
- Prepares collection reports and remittance to collecting bank or bank depository as required.
- Strictly observes Store policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates customer service and can establish customer engagement in payment transactions.
- Can handle customer questions/inquiries regarding bills payment and all other payment transactions.
- Participates in regular cadence/meetings.

- Speech Proficiency (English, Tagalog, or any local dialect).
- "Techy" – Extensive knowledge in Gadgets and Devices / 4G & 5G network.
- Sensitive to Customer Needs and Analyzes Engagement Requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in Marketing / Business Management / Sales and Operations / Customer Service.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 3+ years.
- Proficient knowledge in retail trade, sales and distribution, customer service experience in local telecom industry.
- Preferably Age 23 to 30.
- Pleasing personality - physically presentable.
- No piercings for male representatives.
- Self-starter – high energy levels.
- Positive and Enthusiastic.
- Sense of Urgency.
- Good Listener and responds positively to feedback.
