About the role

GroundLink is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our cutting-edge web applications and services. This is a full-time, on-site role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable web applications and APIs using modern full-stack technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
  4. Participate in the software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
  6. Contribute to the overall improvement and optimization of our technology stack.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
  3. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and other modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
  4. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  5. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  6. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  7. A passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences.
