SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 49,015.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. 20 % - Spearhead the development of innovative program ideas/strategies needed by the Institute;
  2. 20 % - Lead inter-campus, academic, and private sector partnerships for research and program development purposes;
  3. 15 % - Provide technical support to the campuses and coordinate with the Administrative Unit in the development, processing, and monitoring of Training Programs Designs, Activity Designs, and calendar of activities;
  4. 15 % - Ensure that research is translated into relevant modules and other learning materials for the consumption of the Academe of the Institute;
  5. 15 % - Assist in the facilitation of development and modification of Competency Standards, Competency Based Curriculum, Competency Based Learning Materials and Institutional Assessment Tools;
  6. 15 % - Perform other functions as may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 and July to December 2023 (if applicable) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable);
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
